She is a published author and is on the corporate faculty of the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.

Bill Pullen is an executive coach and organizational development consultant is work focuses on developing current and emerging leaders, building leadership capacity within organizations and aligning leader behavior with organizational strategy and mission needs. Bill is on the faculty of the Georgetown University Leadership Institute for Transformational Leadership and was previously Director of Training for the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Program at George Mason University
